Once we are all in agreement on Features, Price and Location, the hunt begins! We will be there to guide you through the possibilities until we find the perfect home. Once in escrow, we will fight for you to make sure the escrow goes smoothly and cost effectively as practical until the day we hand you the keys to your new dream home.
